DESCRIPTION

A recent addition to the core range from the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, first released in 2025 and issued periodically since. Matured for five years in ex-bourbon casks, using the distillery's own floor-malted barley peated to around 12–15ppm, distilled two and a half times and released at 100 degrees proof under the old British system. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a higher strength of 57.1%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Bright and vibrant, with green apples, gorse bush, wine gums and a mineral edge.

Palate: Well balanced, with a touch of peat smoke alongside icing sugar and white chocolate. Tomato plant, sunflower seeds and linseed oil follow.

Finish: Honey and gooseberries.
