The oldest expression in the distillery's core range of single malts. Matured for 21 years in a combination of re-fill and re-char ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Malt, honey and fruit cake along with some citrus.

Palate: Cinnamon, caramel and vanilla. Followed by dried fruits, floral heather notes, and toasted coconut.

Finish: Long and spicy with charcoal and stone fruits.
