DESCRIPTION

A permanent expression in the Arran core range. With the opening of Arran’s second distillery at Lagg in 2019, the original site is now commonly referred to as Lochranza Distillery to distinguish between the two. Arran Sherry Cask “The Bodega” is matured exclusively in first-fill sherry casks sourced directly from Jerez, Spain. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at cask strength of 55.8%. TASTING NOTES

Nose: Chocolate raisins, mandarins and a hint of spice.

Palate: Chewy warm notes of ripe fig and sweet cherries.

Finish: Long, powerful with a touch of pink pepper, hazelnuts and toasted oak. Statuesque and elegant.
