DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Ardnamurchan distillery in the Highlands, by North Star Spirits independent bottlers as part of their Cask Series 22. Distilled in December 2016, matured for 6 years in a first-fill Oloroso sherry butt and bottled in April 2023. Only 396 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 58.5%. (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Wet varnish and red kola cubes.

Palate: Menthol aniseed balls and a fist full of liquorice comforts.

Finish: Pontefract cake and caramelised banana.
