DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Bruichladdich distillery on Islay, by North Star Spirits independent bottlers as part of their Cask Series 22. Distilled in April 2011, matured for 12 years in an Oloroso sherry butt and bottled in April 2023. Only 51 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 51.2%. (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Red diesel, burnt popcorn.

Palate: Rosewood and frozen snickers bar.

Finish: An electric blanket over the taste buds.
