Launched in 2024, this is the eleventh batch of GlenAllachie's 10 year old cask strength single malt. Crafted by master distiller Billy Walker Batch 11 is a marriage of whiskies aged for a minimum of 10 years a combination of Pedro Ximénez, Oloroso, red wine and virgin oak casks. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 59.4%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Rich mocha, heather honey and cinnamon pancakes, with caramelised brown sugar, pears and ginger snaps.

Palate: Dark chocolate, toasted honeycomb and molasses, followed by ripe plums.

Finish: Hazelnuts, ginger and red berries.
