DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Tamnavulin distillery in Speyside, bottled by Cut Your Wolf Loose, a Brighton-based independent bottler who commissions a different artist for every. Distilled on 20 October 2011, matured in refill bourbon hogsheads with a finish in a Moscatel Port pipe, and bottled on 18 November 2024. Only 470 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 51.2%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Apricot Danish, ginger snaps and orange marmalade. Soft and gentle to open, building in warmth.

Palate: Silky and warming. Honeyed cereals, candied citrus and a flick of baking spice, with Moscatel sweetness running throughout.

Finish: Sweet oak and wine gums. Easy-going and lightly fruity.
