DESCRIPTION
A very special single cask release from the Dornoch distillery in the Highlands, with a custom label image of the iconic Dufftown clocktower opposite our shop. Distilled using floor malted Maris Otter barley on 18 February 2020, matured for 6 years in a first-fill bourbon octave, and bottled in March 2026. Only 91 bottles released. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 54.4%. (Bottle size 50cl)
