DESCRIPTION

A small batch release from the Dalmunach distillery in Spesyide, by independent bottler James Eadie. Distilled on 11 October 2016, matured for 9 years including a 51 month finishing in refill Pedro Ximenez sherry hogsheads, and bottled in 2026. 1,426 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Butter popcorn, roasted cumin, raisins and malt loaf, with a hint of caramel and pecans.

Palate: Buttery digestive biscuits with salted caramel wafer, sugared almonds and a hint of spice.

Finish: Red apples, cinnamon buns and a touch of pepper.
