DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Glasgow distillery in the Lowlands, bottled by independent bottler The Single Cask. Distilled from peated malt on 2 May 2018, matured for 6 years in a virgin oak barrel, and bottled on 24 May 2024. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a cask strength of 61.5%. (bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Black pepper, mocha coffee, turmeric, charred barrel.

Palate: Dark sugar, burnt sugar, caramelised onions, embers, dark cocoa

Finish: Chocolate cake with toffee on top, hot wet grass
