DESCRIPTION

Cù Bòcan is the lightly peated release from the Tomatin Distillery in the Highlands, distilled every winter using Scottish barley. This first batch of the 12 Year Old is matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in Caribbean rum casks from Guyana and Barbados. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh grilled pineapple, white chocolate, ginger and a subtle saline smoke.

Palate: Roasted pineapple, salted caramel, peppery spice and a soft vegetal peat.

Finish: Medium-length with lingering tropical fruit, dry rum-cask spice and gentle smoke fade.
