DESCRIPTION

A single cask release from the Macallan distillery in Speyside, bottled by independent bottler Gordon & Macphail as part of their Speymalt range. Distilled in 2005, matured for 18 years in a refill sherry hogshead and bottled in 2024. Only 341 bottles were produced. Bottled at a cask strength of 57.9%. (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Dark chocolate aromas with clementine and fragrant cinnamon.

Palate: Fruit cake with toffee.

Finish: Mature oak, ginger and dried banana on the finish.
