DESCRIPTION

A limited edition from the Ballindalloch distillery in Speyside, released in 2025 as the UK-exclusive successor to the inaugural 2015 Vintage. Distilled in 2016 from barley grown on the Ballindalloch estate, matured for 9 years in ex-bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks, and bottled in 2025. 2,000 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 48%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Notes of lemon zest and honey, complemented by hints of sherbet and shortbread.

Palate: A sweet and smooth experience with soft oily texture, featuring flavours of barley sugar, spice, and caramel. Finish:

Finish: A long and elegant finish characterised by fondant icing, sultanas, and apples.
