March's tasting features TOMINTOUL SINGLE MALT, founded in 1964 in the high-altitude village of Tomintoul (pronounced 'tom-in-towel') in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. Using water from the nearby Ballantruan spring, the distillery has an annual capacity of 3.3 million litres, and operates at full capacity, storing up to 75,000 casks in its four warehouses.
