A limited release from the Tomintoul distillery in Speyside. This particular Batch 2 was distilled in 2010, matured for 12 years, initially in ex-bourbon American oak casks before being finished in ex-Oloroso sherry butts sourced from Andalucía, Spain. 18,252 bottles were produced, each individually numbered. Bottled at 40%. (Bottle size 70cl)

Nose: Rich and inviting with aromas of treacle toffees, toasted pecans, sweet raisins and soft smoky highlights.

Palate: Creamy and luxurious with layers of mocha, Brazil nut toffee, fruit cake, candied peels and brandy butter.

Finish: Long and silky with notes of chocolate eclair, creme caramel and hints of clove.
