Join us for an evening exploring GLENWYVIS SINGLE MALT, presented by Karin Pederson from GlenWyvis. Nestled beneath Ben Wyvis in the Highlands, the distillery is a community-driven revival of Dingwall's lost distilling heritage. When it opened in 2017, it became the world's first distillery entirely owned by the community, bringing together thousands of investors with a shared passion. Powered entirely by renewable energy, with a capacity to produce only 120,000 litres/year, GlenWyvis is a quiet independent producer with an exciting road ahead.
