DESCRIPTION

A limited release from the Lochlea distillery in the Lowlands, their second and oldest age statement release to date. Distilled in 2018, matured for 6 years in a combination of three first-fill bourbon barrels and three first-fill Oloroso sherry butts and bottled in 2024. 2,500 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at a higher strength of 50%. (Bottle size 70cl)

OFFICIAL TASTING NOTES

Nose: Red grapes, figs, milk chocolate.

Palate: Creamy panna cotta, malt biscuits, honey.

Finish: Signature Lochlea cereal notes, a hint of lemon zest.
