DESCRIPTION

The second limited edition release in the Highland Legacy Series from GlenWyvis distillery in the Highlands. The Baineach, meaning Weaveress, honours the women of the Scottish Highlands whose skill with wool and loom shaped the heritage of a nation. Matured in a combination of first-fill Ruby Port barriques (73%) and a refill Oloroso sherry hogshead (27%). 1,500 bottles produced. Non-chillfiltered, naturally coloured and bottled at 46.5%. TASTING NOTES

Nose: Milk Chocolate, toffee pennies, beeswax.

Palate: Sweet orange creams, oily, fizzy sweets.

Finish: Prunes and ripe pear turning into dark chocolate.
