DESCRIPTION

Hepple Gin is a modern London Dry–style gin distilled on the Hepple Estate in Northumberland, England. Made using Hepple’s “Triple Technique” — a classic copper pot distillation for depth, a glass vacuum distillation (around 40 °C) to preserve fresh notes of green juniper and Douglas fir, and supercritical CO₂ extraction for an intense juniper core. Key botanicals include locally foraged green juniper, Douglas fir, lovage, blackcurrant leaves and fruit, bog myrtle, plus Macedonian juniper, Amalfi lemon peel, coriander seed, fennel seed, orris root, liquorice, and angelica. TASTING NOTES

Nose: Fresh “green” juniper with woody hints of cedar and sandalwood; herbal lift from Douglas fir.

Palate: Bright and layered — citrusy fir over clean, tangy blackcurrant leaf with savoury notes of bog myrtle.

Finish: Long, elegant, and dry; lovage brings a complex savouriness reminiscent of celery and curry leaf.
