DESCRIPTION

Lind & Lime Gin is a classic London Dry produced and bottled in Leith, Edinburgh, by the Port of Leith Distillery Co. Crafted from seven botanicals — juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, orris root, fresh lime peel, and pink peppercorns — it balances a bold juniper core with a crisp citrus character. Bottled at 44%. (Bottle size 70cl)

TASTING NOTES

Nose: Bright lime zest and juniper with a peppery lift.

Palate: Citrus-forward and clean; lime and sweet orange over classic juniper, with gentle spice in support.

Finish: Clean and dry, lingering notes of sour lime zest, Seville orange, green juniper and a hint of spice.
